Why we are working for the YOURCAREERGROUP GmbH

Good working atmosphere

All employees meet with respect and appreciate the work of colleagues. We are an international and highly motivated team. We do not have open-plan offices and all workplaces are equipped with modern technology. Each team member takes an individual role and participates actively with creative ideas and suggestions. For our lunch break we have a table soccer and a PlayStation 4.

Flexible working hours

We have flexible working hours before 9:00 a.m. and after 4:00 p.m. Our working time agreement is based on trust.

Food and drinks

You need a coffee in the afternoon to get back on track? No problem, we offer free coffee, coffee specialties, like cappuccino and latte macchiato, as well as cacao, tea, water and fruits.

StepStone sports program

The health and fitness of our colleagues is very important to us. Therefore, all employees have the opportunity to participate in the weekly sports program of our parent company StepStone. StepStone offers various sport clubs, like running, volleyball or football.

Staff events and incentives

We celebrate special company events and incentives. Once a month we organize an after-work get-together.

Personnel development

The initial training of new employees is essential. Furthermore each employee has the possibility to develop his own professional career and participate in subject-specific trainings.

Social Engagement

We are socially involved in the project „Sozial gewinnt“. Every year we organize a day of action (or social action day). Last year many colleagues of the YOURCAREERGROUP and StepStone worked as volunteers in different facilities of the Diakonie Düsseldorf.
